Twin Room/Double room single use - £60.00 per person per night.
Double/Twin Room 2 persons - £85.00 per night.

Rooms are generally available from 2pm on day of arrival (we will try to get our rooms ready as soon as possible after departure of guests) and are required to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
Luggage can be left on day or arrival any time from 9.30am and can also be left with us on day of departure with an agreed collection time.

Cancellation Policy
Please note our conditions policy:
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Accommodation Policy
The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number shown in the details unless agreed in advance
The property of the B&B shall be left clean and tidy otherwise a cleaning charge will be incurred.
The client will be responsible for any damages or breakages to the property, furnishings etc, all damages must be reported and paid for prior to departure.
No pets are allowed
No smoking allowed inside the property
The client must note that by receiving a booking confirmation they enter into a legal agreement and are bound to abide by the conditions and any other reasonable instructions given by the proprietor.
